   which outlines the rules and regulations for the use of the Silvia Stamati website located at Silvia Stamati Photography Helsinki

To make a reservation for a photo shoot it is necessary to accept the terms and conditions in the form at the bottom of the page.

                                        Terms and Conditions  

 *1. Reservations:  

  The booking for a photo shoot is confirmed with an advance of 100 euros non -refundable retainer in a bank account as soon as you have arranged with the photographer the date, time, type of photo shoot and all the details related to the photo shoot. 

  A photo session can be changed de date  in case of illness or other health reasons.  

Non -refundable retainer  is non-refundable as it is collected for services offered, including time advice and/or chat, seserved time....................... 

The remaining payment is due on the day of the photo shoot.  

 *2.Photo Shoot Package Change Policy  

   “After you have a session with the booking of a certain package (PREMIUM/STANDARD/BASIC), you can no longer change the package. However, you have the option of a reschedule and date depending on the availability of the photographer!”    

*3.Weekend booking:

Reservations for weekend photo shoots cost an additional 50 EUR.  

* 4.Customer Privacy:  

  For clients who do not want the images from the session to be shared on social networks, an additional fee for €50 applies. It is mandatory to inform the photographer about this.  

 *5. Photo delivery -Time and Additional fees:  

  The delivery of the photos will be done through an online gallery.   

Lightroom: The edited photos will be delivered within 30 working days.

Photoshop: Edited photos will be delivered within 30 working days.

  For urgent editing of photo shoots, an additional fee of €99 is required.  

  Additional photos can be found for €10 per photo.  

Silvia Stamati Photography  —  keeps the photos in archive for 1 year.

  After a year, they are deleted from the archive and you can no longer find them.  

 *6.About the location  

  For photo sessions that take place outside the studio: Locations of your choice, possible in Helsinki, Vantaa, Espoo (other districts may be possible, but please check with me beforehand).  

  The first 15 km are included in the prices. Beyond 15 km, an additional toll of 90 cents per km will be added each way.
